These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Flip Vista website at https://theflipvista.com and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Flip Vista Innovation Limited ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or completing a purchase or subscription, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Digital Delivery policy, Subscription Cancellation policy, Content Policy, Copyright Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Cookie Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Flip Vista is a digital knowledge platform operated by Flip Vista Innovation Limited. We sell first-party digital products and offer the Flip Vista Knowledge Library, a monthly subscription that unlocks a curated collection of guides, articles, reports, and related materials prepared by the Flip Vista Editorial Team.

Flip Vista Innovation Limited is responsible for product descriptions, pricing, digital delivery, customer support, billing, refunds, and dispute handling for all purchases and subscriptions offered on the Service at launch. All products and subscription access offered at launch are sold directly by Flip Vista Innovation Limited.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must promptly notify us at the contact email above if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or create risk to the Service or other users.

The Service offers digital knowledge products only. Products may be sold as one-time purchases that unlock specific items in your library, or as part of the Flip Vista Knowledge Library monthly subscription priced at USD 9.00 per billing period unless a different price is clearly displayed at checkout.

One-time purchases generally grant ongoing access to the purchased item for your account, subject to these Terms and any access notes shown on the product page. The Knowledge Library subscription grants access to subscriber-only content included in the library while your subscription remains active and paid.

All content is digital. There is no physical shipping. Delivery is described in our Digital Delivery policy.

Product listings describe format, language, included files where applicable, and access rules. You should review this information before purchasing or subscribing.

Prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated on the checkout page. Taxes may be added where required by applicable law and will be shown before you confirm payment when applicable.

When card payments are activated on the Service, charges are processed by our payment processor. We do not store complete card numbers on our servers. The card statement descriptor for Flip Vista charges is intended to appear as FLIPVISTA; your bank or card issuer determines the exact text shown on your statement.

By completing a purchase or starting a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout, including applicable recurring charges for subscriptions until you cancel in accordance with our Subscription Cancellation policy.

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. Cancellation of a subscription stops future renewals but does not by itself entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless our Refund Policy or applicable law provides otherwise.

Flip Vista Innovation Limited and its licensors retain ownership of the Service, platform materials, branding, and first-party content made available through the Service, except for the limited license granted to you below.

Unless a product page states otherwise, a successful one-time purchase or an active Knowledge Library subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the unlocked content for your own professional or personal use. This license does not permit redistribution, resale, public posting of gated materials, creation of competing products from our content, or sharing account access with others.

If we approve a refund or terminate access for policy or legal reasons, the license for affected content ends when access is revoked.

You must use the Service lawfully and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy and Content Policy. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the Service in a harmful way, interfere with security or availability, or misuse support channels.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or take other action we consider appropriate to protect users, comply with law, or enforce our policies.

Content on Flip Vista is provided for informational and educational purposes. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances.

We do not guarantee that any content will achieve a particular business, financial, or personal outcome. You are responsible for how you apply information you access through the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service or any content accessed through it.

Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100, except where a higher minimum liability is required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct where such exclusion is not permitted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Last updated and Effective dates at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
