Operated by Flip Vista Innovation Limited.

1. Respect for intellectual property

Flip Vista Innovation Limited respects intellectual property rights and expects users of the Service to do the same.

First-party content on Flip Vista is owned by or licensed to us. Purchases and subscriptions grant the limited personal license described in our Terms of Service. They do not transfer ownership of copyrights or other intellectual property rights to you.

You must not copy, redistribute, publicly display, resell, or share gated materials beyond the personal license granted at purchase or during an active subscription.

2. Platform intellectual property

The Flip Vista name, logos, site design, software, and other original platform materials are owned by Flip Vista Innovation Limited or its licensors. You may not use our branding or platform materials without our prior written permission, except as necessary for ordinary use of the Service or as permitted by applicable law.

3. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice that includes:

  • Your name and contact information
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The URL or other specific location of the allegedly infringing material on the Service
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

5. Repeat infringement

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or who use the Service to distribute infringing material.

6. Counter-notices

If content you posted was removed and you believe the removal was mistaken, contact us at the same email with sufficient detail for us to evaluate your position, including identification of the removed material and the basis for your request.
